How do I track my order?

You can check the status of your order on our website, on the Track Your Order section once you log into your account. If you don't have an account, please check your email for the order details.

When will my order be shipped?

An order is usually shipped within 1-2 days after it has been confirmed.

What are the shipping charges?

We provide 100% free delivery on all our products.

Can I modify the shipping address once an order has been placed?

How secure is the online shopping experience? Is my data protected?

Our website is highly secure and all data is encrypted. Our website is built on Shopify & we use RazorPay as our payment partner.

What if I am not available to receive the order?

If you were unavailable to collect your order, our courier partner will attempt the delivery upto 3 more time. Please inform our team on support@ayroclothing.com if you know you will not be available during the delivery time.

Returns & Exchanges

Is exchange possible?

Unfortunately, while we accept returns, we do not offer exchange. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return the product and purchase the new item separately.
