We at Ayro Lane offer a convenient 15-day return policy for any item you have purchased from the Ayro Lane website/m-site. You can raise a return request within 15 days from receipt of the item, as long as you ensure that the product is not used, is preserved in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Customers can request return/refund by sending an email with your order number and return request to support@ayroclothing.com.
Kindly note, we do not offer exchange. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return the product and purchase the new item separately.
The following terms & conditions apply to our 15-days Return Policy:
- All items to be returned must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.Customers can request return/refund by sending an email with your order number and return request to support@ayroclothing.com.
- We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Ayro Lane’s website or mobile site. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will have to be raised on the same platform.
- We promise a 100% percent refund! The refund process is initiated after 5-7 working days, only after we receive the item in the warehouse where we do a thorough check of the same. The amount will be credited to the same bank account / card you made the purchase from.
- Items that are on a discount of 50% off or more will not be eligible for exchange/refund.
- In case the items handed over to the courier person don’t match the details of the items mentioned in the return request, we will conduct an internal probe.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
It usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please do not accept the package if it’s tampered with.
